The Central Sections for All

These are the sections in Loom that accompany you in your work. Fortunately, you don’t need any more.

Activity List

Overview of all current or archived activities: projects, jobs, tasks

Contents and structure of the list can be set individually, e.g. visible fields, status, color codes, column arrangement

All columns of the list are sortable

Presentation of entire projects and their components (mother-child relationships), e.g. primary and secondary packaging, folding boxes, blisters, package inserts, etc.

File/artwork preview on mouseover in each list row

Individual definition of different user views, e.g. for outstanding approvals; convenient selection via buttons (SmartViews)

Full text search

Individual detail search

Data export via CSV, XML, HTML

Projects/Products

Intuitive tab structure, number of tabs and content are fully customizable, visibility and editing options controlled by rights and roles

Creation and management of all desired information: any number of data fields for master data, responsibilities, communication, approval scenarios

Files: Artwork data, forms, documents; automatic versioning
